Shipping and Pickups - January - November
We ship across Canada through Canada Post. We will try to ship within 2 business days after ordering, but it can take up to 5 business days. Free shipping is offered for orders over $200.00 before tax.
Local Delivery, within 20 kms of our Elora location, is free for any purchase over $50.00 CAD before tax. We try to deliver within 2 business days, but it can take up to 5 business days.
Curbside and In-Store Pickups are always free. We will try to have your order ready by the next business day, but it can take up to 3 business days. Please wait for email notification that your order is ready. Our guaranteed pickup hours are from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If you need to do your pickup at another time, please contact us and we will make arrangements with you.
December Holiday Season Shipping and Pickups
We encourage you to order for the holiday season as early as possible. Due to increased shipping volumes and safety measures, Canada Post can no longer guarantee that items will arrive before December 25th after the following shipping dates…

Local Delivery, within 20 kms of our Elora location, is free for any purchase over $50.00 CAD before tax, and is available until December 23rd. We will try our best to accommodate last-minute orders, but please guarantee your free local delivery by ordering on or before December 18th.
Curbside and In-Store Pickups are available until 3:00 PM December 24th. There is never a charge for this option. We will try our best to accommodate last-minute orders, but please guarantee your order will be ready on time by ordering on or before December 21st.
