Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of in-store purchase or delivery of the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, tags attached, containing all parts/pieces, and in its original packaging.

We will refund the full value of the item plus tax, based on the billing from the original purchase. We do not refund any shipping related charges.

How To Complete A Return

In Store Returns - All returns are accepted at our Elora location in-person within 14 days of purchase or delivery 

Shipping Return - If you purchased online, and you choose to ship your item back to us, all returns must be received by shipping within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping related charges.

  1. Before shipping, please contact us by email, telling us what you are returning and the reason why.

  1. Before shipping, please wait for us to issue you a Return Authorization Number by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  1. Ship the product to us with the Return Authorization Number and a copy of the receipt. If you have any concerns about the item not getting back to us, we recommend you use a shipping service that can offer you tracking numbers to confirm the item’s arrival.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at info@symmetryhome.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimate apparel (undergarments and bathing suits), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and jewelry for piercings.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Online exchanges are not available at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to come to our physical location in Elora, or you will need to return your purchase and place a new order.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we've received and inspected the items. If you purchased online, a credit will be applied using the method of payment used at checkout. A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund and deposit your funds.
